Following the success of The Slaughter, the production team set out with script in hand to achieve bigger and better things. The script for Zombie Strippers! quickly garnered the attention of Jenna Jameson and Roxy Saint, to name a few, which subsequently caught the eye of Sony Pictures. Soon thereafter Robert Englund (Freddy Kruger) jumped onboard to star. With a million dollar budget and plans to release straight to DVD, Zombie Strippers! went on to attract more and more attention, leading Sony Pictures to give it a 20 city theatrical release. Based on the French existential play, Rhinoceros, and called an instant cult classic by many reviewers and toted as the best movie of the year by LA Weekly and The Village Voice, Zombie Strippers! quickly became one of the most talked-about films of the year.
