When Billy Shotz, the world’s foremost collector of serial killer memorabilia, is invited by a mysterious woman to attend an exclusive auction, he jumps at the chance.  After all, the mystery item up for bid is touted as being the most valuable piece of murderabilia ever sold.  Little does Billy know that the auction is much more than it seems.  As he descends into its sinister and surreal world, Billy will learn that collecting murder has a price far more dear than he ever expected.
